Staff was very accommodating.N/ALocation and suites nice with kitchennette services. Definitely would stay again.

Very clean and pet-friendly (this was the most important item to me for I have a dog which, due to health reasons, couldn't be left at home).Washing machine didn't thoroughly spin water out of clothes (#3).I thought that the staff, although reserved, were polite and professional. The people there were helpful when my car broke down, and when we had bugs in our room.Roaches in our first room.It was over all fine. They put us into another room.

It was clean and the appliances in the kitchen worked well.The kitchen was not well supplied, a ceiling fan was not well attached to the ceiling, and there was no cold water or pitcher.Although this hotel was clean and had a few nice perks (3 televisions in the three room suite, 5 phones, nice kitchen appliances), I also felt it was lacking in several departments.
