Close to everything I was in Muncie for. Unsightly stain on box spring and chair. Stained sheets when we checked in. It was the only place that still had rooms available for family weekend at Ball State University. I would stay here again.

Convienient location. Blanket had burn holes inner spring mattress had dried blood on it. Convieient location, fast checkin-fairly quiet and fair breakfast for free.

Check-out and it located well. It was extremely dirty and the front desk clerk was never at desk making check-out and in difficult! It was a one of the worse places we ever stayed at.
