The day staff person was very upbeat and helpful.
Refrig needed defrosting to work. Bathroom floor unclean.Very basic Best Western motel trying to update. Obviously was in the midst of renovating as there was a good deal of antiquated furniture stored in the service gangway. The room was a bit cramped with no chair to use at the desk space. The beds were so comfortable! The breakfast was great!The night check in clerk was not very friendly.Other than the semi-rude employee at check-in, the rooms were really nice, and the beds were very comfy! I appreciated the waffles at the complimentary breakfast bar. I'd definitely stay here again!

It's really convenient to many stores.Smoke smell that came into my room and I don't smoke.Everything was ok with the hotel, I didn't like the fact that even though my room is a non-smoking room, I would smell smoke coming through from the other rooms around me and it would be horrible. Easy access, comfortable room.Breakfast area too small and insufficient exterior lighting at rear of building.The rear of the building needs more security lights, and the breezeway/vending machine area had several old air conditioners stacked along the wall. But overall I was satisfied with the hotel.
