Close to beach.Dirty, Dirty, Dirty, unsafe, should be reported, disgusting.Disgusting. Elevators had plywood for the walls. Close to beach, attractionsNothing worked: plumbing was inferior, remodeling underwayWater did not work. We had no cold water one morning, no hot water the next. Although it was going through renovation, we were very pleased!All rooms were smoking.We really enjoyed this hotel. The good price a night for ocean views! We were also close to our race site, which was a major plus! I would recommend this hotel.

Location and view were great.Older... needing some renovationWonderful for price and location ... new carpet would be a plus. Great experience otherwise.
