When a reservation is made from March 13 to October 10, 2009 the guest will be charged first night room rent plus tax per room as soon as reservation is made. If cancelled 10 days prior to arrival of 4:00 PM then there is a 10.00 cancellation fee and if cancelled within 10 days of arrival date then the guest would lose the entire deposit. Guests 25 years of age and under are required to pay a refundable 50.00 deposit. Guest must be of 18 years of age to check-in.
