Everything we needed was available to us in our room.
There were no shower caps in the bathroom.
We loved the hotel and the location even though is was hard to find at first. The staff was very helpful and having someone at the desk at all times really made all of the difference.

Security gate staff was very pleasant.
Oriented to selling time shares, windows 98 on lobby computers.
The staff appeared most interested in selling time shares. The lobby computers ran Windows 98 which would not allow me to access several sites I needed too, one keyboard had the letters rubbed off, one computer rebooted itself from time to time. The Hotel...Read More

Spacious and immaculately clean rooms.
Late check in early check out (4PM & 10AM).
Very nice. Secure grounds, convenient access to Broadway area. Very clean rooms. Very nice kitchenette. More like a small apartment than a hotel room.
