Location, staff.
Balcony was too small.I had a great time. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view and the location were great. Not a luxury place by any stretch, but for me it had all I needed.

Close to pier, downtown, shopping (mall and Broadway is very close), Ocean front.Balcony is not wide enough to sit out on, Jacuzzi is very hot!I own a timeshare here for 16 years. Beach front.Bad management. Period.Rooms are smaller than the pics make them to be. They do not have Jacuzzis. They are bath tubs with jets. The balcony is 12 inches in depth.
