Positive Comment - The location was perfect -across from the Shoppes at Mystic and 2 minutes from the Aquarium.

Negative Comment - The bed was like sleeping on a rock and the room was very small.

Review - The location was perfect to the shopping and the aquarium and about 20 minutes from Mehegan Sun. However, the bed was so hard that we did not sleep at all. We were supposed to stay two nights but left a day early in fear of having to sleep there again.

Positive Comment - The room had a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. Indoor pool. Convenient to highway, directions to locations, staff was friendly.

Negative Comment - It was school vacation week. A lot of children at pool. Parking scarce one night.

Review - I was happy with the hotel. It met or exceeded my expectations.

Positive Comment - The hotel staff was very nice to us.

Negative Comment - Our non smoking room reeked of smoke.

Review - I complained about the non smoking room reeking of smoke and the staff immediately moved us without hesitation to another room and then checked back with us twice to see if we were satisfied.
