It's in a very convenient location for overnight flight transfer.In te room I stayed, the bathroom floor & toilet were squeaky.In general, the hotel was clean, staff friendly, and convenient location for overnight flight transfer.

The best value we've ever gotten.The experience had no negatives.The hotel was our best value in Asia. The shuttles to the airport and town a real plus.

Great location for outbound international flights, clean, helpful staff, all the amenities.Nothing negative at all.Hotel immaculate, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, good service, reasonable priced, (for Japan) and great location for outbound international flights. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone!

Clean, safe, great location and convenience to airport.Carpet old and worn in my room, needs replacement.A very good place to stay if in transit for flights at Narita Airport.

Very convenient to Narita airport for connecting flight.None.Discovered that they have a free shuttle to the Mini Stop Store that leaves the hotel @10 p.m. to pick up late dinner, snacks before going to Narita to catch their connecting flight.

Friendly staff.Small rooms.Inexpensive, clean, sufficient rooms and super convenient and close to the airport. The airport and town shuttles were great as were the helpful, friendly staff.
