The room decor was an ugly green and the pillows were lumpy.

It was very attractive and inviting. It not only looked clean but smelled clean.
The door was very heavy and hard to push open.
The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very pleasant. It was pretty, modern, and very clean. The bed slept great! Lots of pillows, too.

The staff was great.
The air did not work well.
This hotel met most of our expectations. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. Our only issue was the air conditioning did not get as cold as we would have liked, but it was in the mid 90's all weekend.

Was clean, modern, friendly service, breakfast was good.
Had no shuttle to downtown.
Enjoyed our visit very much. Had a one time fee for shuttle service to the hotel and to the Opryland Hotel which was very nice. Would have been perfect if they had a shuttle to downtown, but they were helpful with calling cabs. Nice hotel.
