Valet parking guys were super friendly.
The bathroom was gross, the water came out brown when we first turned it on and there was a lot of dust on the shelves and hairdryer.N/A

The rooms were nice enough. Nothing special.Restaurant was beyond horrible. Staff was lacking in overall knowledge.Didn't really like it, valet and self parking prices were ridiculous. Restaurant served us one of the worst meals I've ever had in my entire life. And, it was an expensive meal. I would've rather eaten and had a more satisfying meal at Hardees.

Close to shopping and entertainment.Put on 20th floor. took along time to get hot water.Great experience. nice lounge. very clean, comfy bed.

Our room was extremely quiet.Bathroom was small and dated. Not enough lighting in room.Public areas were very nice. Room was clean but size and bathroom not exactly what I had hoped for. Finding how to enter the hotel check-in area was a night mare! Not clearly marked at all.

The view was amazing.The front desk staff at check-in was unprofessional.The hotel's location was fantastic. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the view of the Capitol building was absolutely amazing. The front desk clerk at check-in was a bit unprofessional and not very welcoming.
