Rooms were beautifully decorated, cozy, and almost presidential. Reminded me of a recent stay in London.The sign in policy to charge and put a hold on debit cards for incidentals. Untrained staff when it comes to answering customer questions.Beautiful, clean rooms, quiet and cozy hotel. Great breakfast and free Wi-Fi!

There was a lady on the hotel staff that was so sweet. She always smiled and said hello to me. She welcomed me back to TN. The staff was impressive.Sort of a moldy smell in the room.Overall, I thought it was a fine hotel. It isn't romantic. It isn't high-end. However, it is a safe, relatively clean place to stay. Everyone was extremely friendly. It was a great hotel to stay in since I was on a budget and in town for an event.
