The light in the shower, the shower head and the luscious towels.
The very confusing and not convenient self parkade (and the $20 a day to park).
The hotel was great but the parking was horrible and expensive.

The front desk girl recommended a great sushi restaurant!
Shuttle driver could have been a little more friendly. Shuttle driver could have been a little more friendly.
Great location, beautiful room, clean, comfortable beds - liked the shuttle option but the driver was not real friendly so we opted for a cab on the return trip. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to others.

The room was clean! I cannot over estimate enough how important cleanliness is. Loved the pillows.
No shower caps in bathroom. One of the shower curtain hooks was off. It takes $20 to park!
The location of the hotel is perfect for Nashville and Vandy. The hotel was very nice, well appointed, and comfortable. The staff were all very pleasant and professional.
