The rooms were clean, had a pretty good breakfast, and it was located close to Opry Mills.It was just a moderate hotel and the employees were not all that friendly.N/A

We liked the breakfast it was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful.N/AThis hotel was great to stay in. If you have a family and are on a budget the breakfast from 6 to 10:30 was more then the normal continental style. It was fun and there are a lot of places to eat close by.

It was convenient to shopping and restaurants.The elevator we had to use was very small and did not smell very well.Over all we enjoyed the stay and would stay there again. The breakfast was good and fresh.

Breakfast was available.Hotel is in need of a major update throughout.I felt like the room had just been vacated but the linens on the bed did not appear to be fresh? Bathtub had dirty looking build up in the bottom, or it was just worn.
