Guest Ratings & Reviews for Natchez Eola Hotel Natchez:

Cleanliness: 8.9 - Staff: 8.8 - Location: 8.7

Overall Rating:
I liked the location and balconies.
The room was very small.
The Eola is a nice place to stay if you traveling alone or with one other person. The room barely had 2-3 feet on either side of a queen size bed. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear your neighbors.

The lobby/public spaces were grand.
The view from my window was the rooftop of the hotel below.
I ate in the restaurant only once. There were only three people in the entire restaurant. The food was only moderately good and the service was slow even though there were no other dining customers. The public spaces were pretty but my room was small with...Read More

The Ballroom Dance with the Jazzes.
Rooms are very small but it is 80 yrs old.
The Hotel had its 80th birthday this year. A lot of the baby boomers Mom's and Dad's honeymooned there years ago. The restaurant is beautiful and I enjoyed dancing in the Ballroom for the new year's eve party. It is located right downtown and received a v...Read More

Friendly clerks.
Parking lot needs to be improved-better TV reception.
I played in band for New Year's eve party. It was fine. This was the fifth or sixth time I have played there and always enjoy it.

The restaurant food was good.
Dirty, wallpaper peeling; heat not working properly.
I expected a nice room; I was not looking for luxury, just something adequate and clean. I did not find this. I have stayed in cheaper places that were a lot nicer.

A lot of history, location.
Small room and bathroom, parking.
This hotel is very old and has a lot of history. It has a great deal of old south charm. The room I stayed in was very small, and the bath area was even smaller. The lobby and other command areas were very nice. The parking left a lot to be desired.

The balcony.
General manager and staff.
My husband and I had a great time the night we stayed. However the whole trip left a bad taste in my mouth two days later. A friend had ordered a bottle of champagne to be delivered to our room as a surprise. We did not know about it. The bottle never...Read More

Cleanliness of the room and the beautiful décor.
Parking accommodations with my car weren't the best.
I enjoyed my stay very much. I would definitely recommend the Natchez Eola to all my friends. I would probably stay there again, since it is so convenient to all the local sites.

The view of downtown Natchez was beautiful.
The room was a little small.
Overall I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The history of it makes it all the more beautiful. Beautifully decorated. Very clean. The only thing I was disappointed in the size of the rooms. But I understand because it is a historic building and they c...Read More
