The price.
It was rather run down.It was a fair value for the star rating. I'd stay there again. Some people seem to expect a 5-star hotel for a 1-star price.

Staff was okay with what they had to work with.One of the worst stays I have ever had, but this facility should have not been offered.Poor area of town with no conveniences of restaurants or stores. Rooms were filthy and I was placed by the pool which had noise late into the evening beyond the usual hours of operation.

The lady at the desk was very friendly.N/AWe were extremely disappointed by the hotel as it was not what we expected at all. Nothing.Uncomfortable, unclean, staff was unwilling to help.This was one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed in. They were unwilling to put my wife and I in a King room. The room may have only been 10% occupied. Very dissatisfied.
