Very elegant atmosphere when I entered hotel. Nicely decorated.The room already had occupants. They were not in the room at the time but thank goodness they weren't honeymooning at the time!The hotel is exceptional and the atmosphere is amazing. There was a big party going on in one of the ballrooms. The kids were noisy in the lobby but we didn't hear a peep in our room. Love the lobby.I was on the first floor - other guests were very noisy.I'd like to try staying at the hotel again - just not on the first floor. The other first floor guests were extremely loud.

I liked everything about the hotel. It was very clean and friendly. I would stay there again.Nothing.My husband wanted to stay in the Natick area. We had dinner reservations in Wellesley. The hotel met and exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, the staff very friendly. I would recommend it.

Spacious lobby, elevator wait always short.Entrance from highway was abrupt.Located within a convenient drive to Boston, the Crowne Plaza offers comfortable, well-maintained rooms.
