N/AVery noisy because of a really poor phonic isolation.Very noisy because of a really poor phonic isolation : highway was in our room. So ears are strongly recommended. For other point I found this hotel OK and in compliance with standard.

It had electricity.It was a dive in general.This motel should be used only as a very last resort to sleeping in your car.
