No grassy area for pet.Loved the hotel. Very comfortable.

The pool was okay.Not as high a star rating as we would have liked.There weren't many places to stay in Needles, California. This was as good as we could get.

Easy to find, close to exit.No Elevators, had to carry our suitcases up outside stairs.This was just an overnight stay while traveling, totally adequate for our needs.

Nothing.Staff was rude, impolite. Did not show courtesy.We reached hotel at 12 in the midnight. We had 2 rooms. I was told they have canceled 1 room and that they can only provide 1 room. Later they found that the room was not canceled but the entire episode was horrific!
