It was convenience to the festival where I had my exhibit set up.

Overall Rating:
The hotel was on the river and we walked to nearly every event we wanted to attend. Very convenient.Our room was next to the boiler room.This hotel was located near everything. We walked to dinner, events, shops, and loved the convenience of the building.
