Overall Rating:
Room service was quick, the food was hot, not too expensive.
The entire hotel was not very clean.Overall - OK - not very clean - priced higher than other hotels in the area. Business center was not very usable - old slow equipment.

Location.Bathroom needs to be updated.Overall, the hotel appears to need updating, but was clean and convenient. The staff appeared well trained. Strong odor of smoke in the hallways. Our room was non-smoking and did not have an odor.

Friendliness, comfortable room.No security, people could walk off the street into any door and not be seen by staff.Door we used to enter from exterior into the interior smelled. Security was nil. Otherwise it was a nice place and I would go back and use it. Would like to see more security and locked outside doors.

Close to funeral home.Lower quality then we normally select.Good value for someone on a very tight budget. Nice people; but run-down area.
