Location excellent.
Old and musty.
Nice historic features in the French Quarter of New Orleans, but the hotel has not been renovated to stay modern. Example, old paint, disrepair, etc.

Staff was excellent and location is great.
Door between rooms to make a suite has no sound proofing.
This hotel is quaint with older types of furniture that one might expect for a French Quarter hotel. For $20, I was upgraded to a nice room with balcony and jacuzzi tub. The only problem was the room next door had a door between the rooms so that this cou...Read More

The bidet in bathroom.
Under construction and restaurant only partially open.
The breakfast and the rooms were good, but the waitresses and desk employees were kind of cranky.

The staff abandoned the hotel. We were left by ourselves. There was no maid service for 2 days. We saw a huge rat and 2 cockroaches.

Convenience to Bourbon St. Front desk area very informative when asked a question.
Valet burned tires when parking on 1st night. Return time way too long. I believe valet can use much improvement.
I would most definitely stay here again. I thought the location was great and we all had a very good time. The view of the courtyard is great and the view of the downtown buildings is well worth remembering. The rooms were clean and the staff, for the mos...Read More

The front desk clerk was finally able to change my room on the last night.
I was given a room that smelled of room and had visible growth on the ceiling fan. No one would change it.
The morning front desk staff was rude and the General Manager refused to contact me about the mold in my room and the stale smell. Finally changed our room on the last day. The original room left me sick to my stomach every morning when I woke up and ever...Read More

Great location!
Bathroom was a little dirty.
We were right by Bourbon St. so for my friend and I who are both female we felt completely safe going to and from the hotel at night. The only problem we had was that the bathroom was a little dirty (like most hotels), but not enough for us to complain. I...Read More
