It was in a very convenient location & it was very clean and nice!The pool was very small and the hot tub had no water!I thought this hotel was a good choice. It was very clean and nice. It was close to everything but still very quiet. We had a very nice trip and stay!

The location was fantastic to traveler.The bathroom was not so clean and flushing was not good.I stayed Sheraton and LaQuinta Inn & Suites in New Orleans. Both hotels were good location, but overall so-so.

Nothing.Overbooking, assistance in the headquarters.Even the location was my reason of preference, I regret this decision now. They overbooked during a meeting and ruined my travel. Location was good.No fire alarm, unfriendly staff, no knowledge about local info, wake-up call and calling taxi never happened.I rate this hotel as 1 star. There are many reasons to say why.
