The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The pool was under construction the entire 5 days. My daughter was upset that we couldn't access the pool the entire stay. We were offered the partnering hotel's pool - but that's not very convenient. Everything else was fantastic - the staff excellent! The view from the room was beautiful.
