Great location to New Orleans attractions, great and helpful staff.
The hotel is basically blocked off during Mardi Gras parades so you need to plan your arrival and departure times with great care around the parades.

The staff was really helpful with everything.
The sound proofing for the rooms were awful.

The staff Cody the manager and the gym was awesome.
Nothing.
Since the time we got there in lie of the hurricane coming, the staff was dedicated to making us feel safe and comfortable. I loved it.

I liked the rooftop pool on the fifth floor with the workout room.
I did not like the smell of the hallways.
