Great and friendly Staff.Only parking available is valet parking. You can find place to park in street, but not very user friendly.I like this hotel if you are staying in New Orleans for convention. I stayed in a very comfortable room with great beds, nice TV, & warm, friendly, helpful staff. I'd stay there again.N/AI chose this chain because I've stayed at its' other hotels in other cities & have had good comfortable rooms, no complaints on any of them. This hotel did not disappoint me. It was very quiet & clean.
