Check-in was OK.The room was far too small.With the name, Clarion, I felt the room was going to be a bit more roomy than what it was. It was just too cluttered and small, very little space to get around.

I loved the location. I could walk to everything.Parking in order to check in is a huge problem.I love the location. The hotel was being remodel on my floor so it was not cozy. I can not wait to see the finish product. I hope they improve the check-in process. i had to circle the block a few times in order to find a parking space.

On special event days hot greasy spoon style breakfast provided, suites had fridge.Horrible customer service,TV remotes not working, old/damaged furniture.

N/AThe faucet was broken, the blankets had holes in them and the HBO did not work.The manager is not people friendly at all. Nothing is consistent, it depends on the day and who you talk to as to what kind of service you are going to get.

There were a couple employees who were very nice.Safety was the biggest issue. Room cleanliness was below par.I went to New Ordeals for personal reasons, to have fun in the Quarter.
