On check- in we were not informed on parking fee - just given permit - then on check out found out about $20 fee per day!Hotel was nice and friendly - not to informative about the hotel and area though clean. Rooms are nice, roomy and big.Black out curtains do not come in all the way.Nice hotel. Loved the big room and ideal location in New Orleans. Though, a little far to walk when you are tired, not bad at all when you are not.

The staff were extremely attentive and strove to please. The accommodations were clean and comfortable.We were charged $30.00 a day for parking and were not informed of this charge prior to checkout. Drapes were missing & outdoor lights shown in room.My main impression is of a courteous staff and nice accommodations. It was very clean and in a convenient location.You had to pay for parking and there weren't many places to park.Great! I'd stay again. But they need to work on the parking situation.
