Very friendly staff and
free upgrade on rooms.
Nothing really.
Close to French Quarter, River walk, casino and Charles street trolley. Will stay there again.

Parking costs $14.
Would stay here again. Walking distance to Bourbon St., extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent stay for price. Only complaint: parking was $14.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome.
The exterior is not indicative of the interior.
The front desk staff was amazing. I was moving across the country and had a car full of stuff. They personally moved my car so that the attendant in the garage could watch it overnight to make sure it was safe. I felt very appreciated. The hotel was clean...Read More

I was very satisfied with everything. Could not say anything bad. I would recommend and stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great and I felt very much at home and secure there. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I could not have been more pleased.

Extremely friendly hotel staff. I would definately stay here again. Location was not bad. Only a short walk to most of the main areas to visit. And there was a Subway sandwich shop downstairs for a cheap easy meal.

They upgraded our room to a suite and were so friendly, and they waived our $14 parking fee.
We loved everything! It was so wonderful. My husband had a great birthday, and we had a really fun experience to remember.
The staff was so friendly. When we arrived, they upgraded our room to a suite with a kitchen and separate living room/ sitting area. We had 2 TV's! We had such a wonderful time!
