No smoking rooms were available for smokers.
The staff was extremely helpful in all of our requests. All of the above I checked. The only thing I did not like, as a smoker, there were no smoking rooms available.

TV cable was not working. construction going on even at night.
The hotel was very nice. We had a very complaints because we were unable to watch CNN or any station on TV.
