Location.A wet carpet and dusty room. No clean at all during 5 nights.At least, they need to dry the carpet and clean up the room. I had enjoyed New Orleans except this hotel.

The different set up. it wasn't boxy and had shape to it.The large bathroom could have easily had a larger tub/shower.The hotel was very nice. On St. Charles. Loved that.A/c never adjusted right and room felt overall grungy.It was not pleasant. I did not sleep well. Felt that something would crawl on me at any time. The a/c never adjusted and it was hot. Did not like my stay. Will never stay there again.

The valet parking crew was very polite.No bartender available throughout my stay.This hotel is in an excellent location and the staff members were helpful and friendly.

Non-smoking rooms are beautiful and quite pleasurable.Smoking rooms are filthy with cigarette burns in the carpet, curtains that have been wet, and the bathroom was not clean.When we first arrived and were placed in a non-smoking room, which is not what I requested, but I was very satisfied with the room.
