Ultra clean rooms and super friendly staff.No elevator.Cleanest room I have ever been in. The front desk clerk was amazing and so nice and helpful. Had to call for extra pillow, she brought it up to the room. Wonderful!

Friendliness of staff, and ease of use.Had to renew key card every day to enter.This is a very nice and clean place, the TV could be updated, and it is old. I found that having to carry things to room was inconvenient, with having to carry so far from parking area.

The only thing I liked is the location.Wasn't asked if wanted a smoking room.My reservation never reached the hotel and I was on the phone for 1/2 hr while on the road getting it fixed. I loved the location. Close to everything.Hallways were very plain and not so attractive, but they were clean.This hotel has so many things close by. Plenty of choices on what to eat and the turnpike are right down the road. Very easy to get to and the breakfast was very nice.
