The hotel beds were heaven. The rooms were clean. The hotel was a couple of blocks from Penn Station and Times Square.N/AI really liked this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The front desk people were very helpful with anything you asked them about. We were in walking distance of almost everywhere we wanted to go.

Very pleasant staff.Short fill on the Starbucks coffee.Wonderful hotel that is relatively close to the Subway. Good central location. Every staff member that we encountered was helpful and had a great attitude. I would not hesitate to re-visit this property.

The staff was FABULOUS! I have not had better, nicer service at any hotel, even 5 star facilities.Rooms were small - but it's NYC! How much time to you need to spend in your room?Everyone at the hotel, from the desk clerks, concierge, housekeepers, restaurant workers and room service were absolutely as nice as could be!
