The staff and coupons for coffee and breakfast.I'm not fond of large hotels and their huge lobbies.Our room was large and well-appointed with a very nice bathroom. The decor was contemporary and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The staff, especially at check-in, was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fabulous!

I appreciated the kiosk automated check in. I also appreciated the hotel staff's attention when necessary. This Hyatt gave treated us like royalty!We were on the concierge floor, but it was unclear what was available to us on that floor.
