Check in staff, baggage check in area employees. Concierge were all great . Very friendly and great service.
We got upgraded to King Delux. Room was on the small side but bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable. Bedding was uncomfortable as well.
Good hotel, nothing special. Lobby area is very classy and clean with a nice atmosphere. Staff was great especially the doormen, they got us a cab before we even asked for one upon checkout. We were there the weekend of UN national assembly so very tight ...Read More

The hotel was fine but it is "u" shaped so when you look out the window you look directly at the people across from you. We kept the curtain closed the entire time. So there is a lack of privacy in that regard and the no view to speak of.

Location was good.
Disappointed overall, please don't waste your money. There are better, cleaner, more chic places to stay in this New York area for this price point. I will not be staying here again.
Find a better place to stay. Other hotels in the area are cleaner, more updated, with friendlier staff.
