The bed slept great.
No vending, only room service.Lobby, dining, and bar was under renovation and not open. Work dust was everywhere. Rooms were very generic, nothing on the walls (pictures, art, etc). Disappointing.

N/AHotel was under renovations, not pleasant.Hotel was decent, but was under renovations, this was a major disadvantage to staying at this hotel. There were no common areas to just hang out.

Friendliness of staff.People in room next to us were very loud.Even though the hotel is in the midst of renovations, this hotel stay was the best I have had in NYC. Great location.Public areas could not be used due to remodeling.Room was okay, have had better rooms when booked through hotel, but at the price we paid we weren't about to complain. Hotel will be nice when construction has finished in lobby / bar / restaurant area.
