Overall Rating:
Great view and safe area.
Bathroom was disgusting and a sharp edged light cover even fell off and scratched my arm.
The Hotel was nice and clean for the most part. The draw back is that there is very dirty bathrooms that are moldy and need to be updated. Also, there is no subway line within 10 blocks at least from the hotel.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel. The location is great and the views of the Empire State was fun. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner for my taste and the fixtures are dated, but the overall size of the room for NYC is great.

Staff were very accommodating of requests, e.g. room location, city view.
Late check-in (3pm), no coffee/tea in rooms, no ice machines.
This hotel was older, but well-appointed, with large rooms, great views and professional staff. If you don't mind a walk or taxi from the city center, it is a quiet and comfortable place to stay. Rates were very reasonable for a higher-end New York City h...Read More
