Staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate our needs. Street side bell captains were excellent.I did not care for the lack of lightning in the rooms. Difficult to read.The hotel was in a wonderful location in the heart of Times Square for the NY City experience. Our room was 84 degrees for our 2 night stay each night and the staff could not fix the problem. We had to open our window on the 50th floor to get some relief....Read More
