One computer, one elevator.
Great customer service; location is a few blocks from the Theater District; good restaurants are also a short walk from hotel; great mattress.

Crappy location, unsafe to walk to at night.
Clean and comfortable rooms, sweet and friendly staff. The location is lacking, it is an industrial and noisy area, scary to walk to alone at night. Decent distance from subways/restaurants, good for travelers and business folk.

Bad location unless going to convention center.
Very basic, clean enough but no real amenities. Average breakfast, terrible, industrial location. Too far from Times Square. Neighborhood feels dangerous at night.
