Good location and an excellent relaxing getaway in the heart of NYC. Couldn't ask for more, staff was awesome and friendly. Room was cozy with a great view. When returning to NYC, I will certainly be staying there.

Great bed/linens/pillow. Great ambiance, feel & location.
So small there was no place to put luggage/clothing except around walls.

Front desk was<BR/>staff not knowledgeable about public transportation.
Location is great. Room was bigger than I expected for a NYC hotel room. It was very clean. However, when the front desk staff was asked for a restaurant recommendation or the best way to get to the airport, they didn't know.

I would definitely stay at the Mansfield again. Staff is professional and friendly. Rooms are small, however the space is used wisely. Hotel is clean and you can walk to Broadway.

Great cappuccino maker open 24 hours/breakfast in morning a plus/supplies umbrellas/location!
Small room. Curtain instead of closet.
Well located in boutique mid-town across the street from Sofitel and Iroquois. 24 hour cappuccino maker/tea/water. Ample breakfast included. Rooms are small but comfortable. Fitness center and free internet. Great experience!
