Cleanliness: 6.9 - Staff: 4.4 - Location: 8.4

Jan. 3, 2010
Overall Rating:
The location was great and the concierge was very helpful in everything.
The rooms did not have coffeemakers or mini-bars.
The front desk help, the concierge, the bell captain, and all the employees, I came in contact with, were very friendly and helpful.

Overall Rating:
People and staff were friendly.
The rooms and bathroom were quite small.
It was located in a good area, and the staff was quite nice. If you are looking for a luxurious room, this is not the hotel you want. But for a quick stay, it was okay.

Watch out for the bar music.
The hotel was actually a perfect location for us; very convenient. The first night was a nightmare because of the bar noise from below (3 AM plus), but the hotel changed our room for the next night and it was delightful. Make sure to go more than 3+ stori...Read More

Location.
Loud club music until 4 am.
This was a very nice hotel - until evening fell. When returning back to my hotel after dinner on both Friday and Saturday night, I was forced to listen to club music so loud (I was on the 4th floor) that it made my bed shake. It did not end until 4 am!

Typical for a downscale, not upscale, hotel. The on-duty manager was most pleasant, though, and fixed the problem that was screwed up.

The hotel was all right as was the room. Nothing fancy but very adequate. Good location for my purposes. Staff was friendly for the most part.
