Really poor, small lobby, small rooms, smelly elevators, etc.
Curt front desk attendant; smoking room given; bed request not met, refrigerator request not met; roll away request not met, cleanliness not met.
I've stayed in upscale hotels and moderate scaled hotels; this by far was the worst accommodation I've secured. I'll be back to NYC but not to this hotel!
