Helpful staff, provided sheets for hide-a-bed at no charge.
N/AGood -- served our purposes exactly -- 4 of us - kids 22 and 19 yrs old - able to use two double beds and convert couch to one bed without hidden costs.

Not much you can do about that.I expected to be able to check in when we arrived around noon but were told that its not possible. The staff was very friendly.The free breakfast was just muffins and cold cereal.Overall the hotel was a good place to stay. It was not the best but there it was not horrible. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice (but small), but the overall visit and hotel was nice.

Staff very friendly and helpful, willing to assist at any time & requests.Dirty smell on the street & rooms quite small.Excellent to stay at if you just need a room to spend the night at. Close to 5th avenue & main attractions. We got what we paid for. The reception staff very helpful and they will get you all the info you may need. I certainly recommend it!
