The location.
They did not make up for their mistake.
The location of it was good. The rooms could be better. But I didn't get the room I asked for. The room was already taken, I paid for a suite not a loft.

This small hotel is a perfect spot if you're traveling via Penn Station. Very comfortable, friendly, safe. Rooms are reasonably sized for such a small hotel in the heart of NY. Perks are very nice. This go-to hotel for the area.
