The hotel was rude and not friendly at all.N/AThe room was dirty and the hotel staff was rude and unfriendly, as I was talking with him, he started to talk with his friends as if I did not exist. The parking was too expensive and directions to hotel were not clear.

Nothing at all.Horrible management.Pay 15 bucks a day to park was not complimentary. No pool. Internet 1 dollar per minute. Bad unlit area to park. Left behind some clothing - management unwilling to help. Speaks nearly no English. Was to call back but never did.

Nothing. I would not stay at this hotel again.Absolutely a very low key place to stay with family in terms of cleanliness.I had high expectations taking my family in to this hotel. This hotel does not live up to the standards normally associated with Holiday Inn. This location has unfriendly, uncaring and rude reception staff. Has dirty carpet all over.
