The room was very comfortable and breakfast was good.We had two fire alarms which happened late at night. We thought it was supposed to be non-smoking area.Except for the fire alarms this hotel was very good. The location was fine and the room was comfortable.

Nothing.Everything.The Internet did not work. The hotel room was filthy. The carpets were filthy. The hallways were long. The room was noisy and the breakfast was horrible.

The price and location were excellent.The pool is a literal pile of dirt and concrete.A great price and very close to the Newburgh airport. Good pizza house next door. Good value but you'll be sharing the floor with drunken partiers and a smelly carpet.

The cleaning staff left clean towels daily.The lack of bathroom cleanliness, there was mold in the bathtub.I think the staff in this hotel is friendly; however the upkeep and cleanliness need to be addressed.
