Price and proximity to casino.Construction out front.Location is great if you want to be near the new casino and within walking distance of restaurants. Quality is slightly upscale. As for walking to the falls, not close enough as compared to staying near the old casino.

Nice clean rooms good location.$20 for parking 20% of room rate.Would have been perfect except that there was mandatory valet parking at $20 a night which I think is extreme. They give you a low rate but get you on the parking.

Location.Smell of chlorine in the restaurant area.The location of the hotel was great for walking to the falls, casino and Starbucks. Clean, nice, mid-upscale hotel. $20/day parking seemed a bit high. Soda machine on every other floor and our floor's machine was out of order for 4 days.

The staff especially Mandy and housekeeping were wonderful.All fees were not given and we almost didn't have the monies to stay.I enjoyed our stay. Clean, modern, close to attractions, attentive staff.Very expensive amenities, problem with bugs in the room.Beautiful property just walking distance to the falls and other attractions. Pricey amenities, but attentive and helpful staff.

Pool.In no way was a 4 star hotel!Room looked like a 2 star at the max and people were rude and not helpful, I expected a valet with the service of bringing my families bags to the room and never even offered. The location is perfect. Location is important in that area.Everything was perfect.The location is convenient to everything there is to see at the falls. We parked our car and did not have to use it until our stay was over. We are seniors and still everything was convenient. The staff is outstanding.
