Fantastic! Spacious price is excellent!
The restaurant should serve hot food.
It was great. Very spacious and great experience! I will definitely go back for sure!

Hotel is affordable and they have very good transportation facility to the falls. Rooms are clean with free parking.

The indoor heated pool and hot tub were nice and clean.
Restaurant was only open for breakfast.
I really like the hotel, and it was located on the water, the hotel also had shuttle service so you could leave your car and save money on parking. Rooms were clean and the hotel was not overly busy, nice for sleeping.

The pool and restaurant were appealing.
Lack of parking, dirty room, heating not working no accommodation from staff.

Beautiful beds.
Hair everywhere, shower, hot tubs.
It was sufficient for the few days we spent there. I would probably not return, I felt it was not the cleanest place to be. There was always hair somewhere.

Accommodated needs by transferring us to another hotel with a fireplace.
Fireplaces were out of service in whole hotel.

The fireplace was nice. Also, the front desk workers were very helpful.
The pool and hot tub were filthy. Also, breakfast was super expensive, and the servers were not polite.
