Hotel manager was able to understand I needed refrigerator so he brought one in the room.
Shower curtain was not full enough so water ran out on the bathroom floor; 4 people stayed provision for 2 people.

We saw the room and went somewhere else to stay.
Did not like anything about the hotel.
It was dirty and small. We did not stay there. We stayed at a Comfort Inn down the street.

It was very clean.
It was very small.
It was very small and also clean. The remote on TV did not work. They did not offer any shampoo and conditioner. There was no bath mat for the floor and only gave you 2 towels. Overall visit was good and it was a place to sleep only.

The rooms were very small for a three star rating.

It was the lowest price we could get.
The non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke.
It was the lowest priced hotel we could find that had space in Niagara Falls at the time we wanted to be there. We got what we paid for -- a small stinky room.

It had a roof and a door.
Cramped, bad mattress, uneven floors, the wrong room was reserved, no coffee maker.
If all you want is a roof over your head and a door to keep the bugs out. Stay here. If you're looking for something more like a comfortable bed and room to turn around in the bathroom, don't bother.
