Extremely clean, excellent staff, convenient.
Non-applicable.The hotel and the staff are extremely accommodating to guests; very personable staff, and the facilities are very clean. These are difficult attributes to find everywhere, regardless of star level.

Easy to find, small to get to my room quickly, but had everything to make my evenings stay comfortable including the above par bedding.Disappointed staff didn't help at all when overly loud guest above me. Noise & heavy footsteps kept me up till 3am.This hotel gave me a lovely evening's stay, with above standard bedding. Check in was easy and friendly. Morning staff was extra accommodating with a few business details I needed. I'd stay at the Niles Holiday Inn Express again.

The room was clean.Hotel does not stand by its "hospitality promise".I chose this hotel because of its indoor pool, which my five-year old was excited about using. Location, location, location.Morning desk clerk and need microwave.Very clean room great shower nice, but small indoor pool, no microwave! Many restaurants within walking just a tad expensive.
